  • Warranty Service
We offer a 1-year whole-unit warranty for all customers who purchase our products. The warranty period begins from the date you receive the package. During the warranty period, we will replace damaged parts caused by non-human factors free of charge. Outside of the warranty period, there will be a cost for replacement parts.

In addition to warranty service, we provide lifetime technical support. Our technical support team is dedicated to assisting you with any technical issues and providing solutions, no matter how long ago you purchased the product.
