  • Enjoy FREE ground shipping on orders over $50! For orders under $50, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99. Ground shipping orders may be fulfilled by various carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • Freight (LTL) Shipping
  • Freight delivery is reserved for large, heavy, or oversized items (such as bidet toilet combos) and large-quantity shipments. Products are loaded onto a semi-truck and delivered curbside on a pallet; you will be responsible for moving the item from the curb to the desired location. Shipping times will vary based on the destination, extreme weather, and other variables. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
  • If Your Product Is Damaged In Transit
  • If you notice damage while the carrier is on-site, DO NOT take possession of the damaged product(s). Instead, take a picture of the damage, gather copies of the paperwork from the carrier (if possible), and refuse delivery. Next, contact our customer service team.
  • If you notice damage after delivery (concealed damage), take pictures of the damage and contact our customer service team. Items shipped via ground shipping must be reported within 14 days. Freight carriers only allow two (2) business days after delivery to file a freight claim.
  • We will not be able to assist with any complaints of damages, including visible or material defects, after the product has been installed or altered.

  • Please note that all expedited shipment dates are counted in business days. Weekend dates are not included.
  • Average Delivery Times
  • Orders shipped to the West Coast usually take 2-5 business days. Orders shipped to the East Coast usually take 5-8 business days.
  • We apologize, but we do not offer COD shipping services - all orders must be paid for prior to shipment.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery (depending on your location) before contacting us regarding the status of your order. Due to our high volume of calls, order status inquiries should only be made by sending us an email.
  • Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as orders are shipped.
  • Tracking information is usually available 24 hours after the order is shipped.
  • Money order payments must clear before shipment.
  • Weights stated on order summary pages are shipping weights only and do not reflect the actual weight of products.
