Your order will be shipped within two business days. Typically, shipping takes 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday) to arrive, with additional time required for remote areas. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- Receiving and Signing
Once your package arrives at its destination, the shipping carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package and assist the driver with moving large items to the desired location. We recommend keeping the product packaging in case of returns.
- In-Store Pickup
We support in-store pickup service where you can collect your order from designated pickup points. Pickup location details will be provided after placing your order. Please bring valid identification and order confirmation when picking up.
