1.Warranty Policy Explanation:
Warranty period: One year from the date of product receipt.
Coverage: All components of the unit, including the main control board, heating system, water pump, solenoid valve, flushing mechanism, sensors and display unit, remote control, etc.
Note: For optimal performance, we recommend cleaning the filter regularly as per the manual. Clogging caused by failure to clean promptly is not covered by warranty.
All spare parts replacements within one year are free. After one year, customers must purchase spare parts at their own expense.

If door-to-door service is required, we will coordinate with local service networks to arrange professional technicians and provide transparent cost estimates.
3.Warranty Terms and Notes:
To protect your rights, please review the following details:
Warranty Certificate: A valid screenshot of your order from the e-commerce platform is the only proof of warranty eligibility. Please keep it safe.
Non-warranty situations (including but not limited to):
Damage caused by improper installation, accidental impact, water ingress, voltage instability, or other human factors or force majeure.
Malfunctions caused by failure to follow the User Manual for operation, cleaning, or maintenance.
For services beyond the warranty period, we still offer paid repairs with reasonable fees and standardized procedures to ensure your product runs smoothly and reliably.
Lifetime Technical Support: We provide you with lifetime free consultation on product usage and daily maintenance.
