This was the first time we have tried a bidet. It is beautiful. It is modern and looks great in our latest modern "hollywood glam" home we are renovating. I will definitely not shy away from purchasing again in the future.
Since installing this toilet at home, the convenience and comfort of my life have been significantly improved. First of all, the design of this toilet is very user-friendly, the seat is comfortable and ergonomic, and you will not feel tired or uncomfortable even after long-term use. The seat material is soft and easy to clean, which gives me more peace of mind during use.
My wife found the number for EPLO customer service and the people there are very responsive and very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about their response. They are sending out the missing parts we need. They truly seem to care about taking care of our issues. Thank you EPLO you guys are amazing!

Installed it myself. Installation was easier than I thought. Had questions and used the serivise page in the evening and the next morning and day I had their full support. They are extremely helpful and responsive!! Love the look!

The only thing left to move in was the toilet. Later, I found this one. Just as described. We are still getting used to the controls, adjusting settings, but love it. This unit measures as described but as pictures show it sets up against the wall so make sure your water supply valve and outlet are placed accordingly.

This toilet came with everything I needed to hook it up. It performs all functions listed in the product description. Pre-wash bowl, Front and Rear Wash with warm water, Air Dryer, Bowel is lit in blue. Toe tap at side bottom for standing hands free lid lifting.NOTE: Approach Lid lift is not configured by default. You have to use the hand control with a long press on the open/close button to get it configured. After that, the lid will raise on your approach.
My particular installation required that a copper elbow be installed on the supply line. It would’ve been very difficult to predict this ahead of the actual installation, so everyone ought to be prepared with a friend or professional in mind just in case they need this. The toilet works very, very well and, I am so happy that we upgraded!!
I was a bit nervous to buy a toilet from a company I never heard of and you may be too. Let me tell you, don't let fear drive you away. This toilet is amazing. Easy installation by our plumber. Works great. The heated seat makes this the go to toilet in our house. The foot sensor works great. I was worried about it going off when walking by and it hasn't e???The warm water and warm fan is a great.The manual flush is great if you lose power or observe the Sabbath.The 3M tape for the remote stand was a welcome surprise if your not sure where you want to keep the remote.

I have ordered and installed an Eplo G20PRO smart toilet from Amazon. My decision to select model G20PRO, a newly added model from Eplo was based on the excellent rating of other Eplo models (all are over 4.0). After a week of using, following are my observation:. Pro: We ae very impressed of he new toilet. It removed previous hesitation feeling about the smart toilets. The installation is pretty simple and straight forward. The toilet can be controlled by both the remote control or from the toilet itself. I have options to select auto open/ close the lid; turn off the beeps; or the eco use of energy; which also help to turn red light to blue. The support from the vendor was amazing, the response came in the matter of minutes, even at night.. Con: none so far.
