Easy Returns

EPLO accepts returns or exchanges on new and unused products within 30 days of shipment date.

Used and installed smart toilet units - returns and exchanges are not accepted (manufacturer warranty applies in the event of damage or defect).

New and unused means the product has not been installed, used or altered in any way and remains in resaleable condition;Due to the hygiene nature of our business, any products that have been hooked up to water or used in any way are not eligible for return due to Public Health Regulations.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns must still be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories.
