Attractive design with great features.

After a year of using my smart toilet, I noticed the flushing power had decreased significantly. I reached out to the official customer support and was informed about the built-in filter that could get clogged. Following their instructions to clean the filter, the flushing power was instantly restored. This experience highlighted that many issues are due to user oversight, and the customer service team is incredibly helpful.

I researched several smart toilets and choose this one. I won't look back it has all the features I wanted and needed. Stylish and clean. Good delivery and fast answering of questions.

When we received our toilet it had been damaged by the carrier. We contacted Eplo, and they shipped us another unit within a couple of days. It does everything it is claimed to do, we are very impressed.
