Inodoro inteligente EPLO G20PRO

It is great

My particular installation required that a copper elbow be installed on the supply line. It would’ve been very difficult to predict this ahead of the actual installation, so everyone ought to be prepared with a friend or professional in mind just in case they need this. The toilet works very, very well and, I am so happy that we upgraded!!

This toilet came with everything I needed to hook it up. It performs all functions listed in the product description. Pre-wash bowl, Front and Rear Wash with warm water, Air Dryer, Bowel is lit in blue. Toe tap at side bottom for standing hands free lid lifting.NOTE: Approach Lid lift is not configured by default. You have to use the hand control with a long press on the open/close button to get it configured. After that, the lid will raise on your approach.

This toilet has completely transformed my bathroom experience. The flush power is outstanding, easily handling everything with zero clogs, while still conserving water. I love that it has a hidden tank and pump system, which not only saves space but also guarantees strong performance even with lower water pressure. The ADA-compliant height makes it super comfortable, and the automatic lid and flush give me a completely hands-free experience-no more touching handles. The bidet features are incredible: adjustable spray, temperature, and pressure mean I get a personalized clean every time. The luxury details take it to another level-heated seat, nightlight, deodorizer, warm water, dryer, and remote control - it honestly feels like a spa in my own bathroom. The dual flush option also helps save on water and electricity, which I really appreciate.Installation was straightforward, and the build quality feels premium. This is more than just a toilet - it's a serious upgrade in comfort, hygiene, and convenience. Highly recommend to anyone looking to make their bathroom feel truly high-end!

Our recently renovated guest bathroom included a new EPLO G20 PRO Smart Toilet. After comparing every brand and the variety of features available, we settled on the EPLO. It does everything the bigger and more expensive brands offer-but at a much lower price. The toilet is modern, well designed, and the included instruction booklet is detailed and easy to understand. Although we were a bit apprehensive about having such a heavy item shipped, the unit arrived in perfect condition. It was extremely well-packed.Our plumber installed the toilet in minutes, plugged it in, and we were pleasantly surprised to find all features worked as advertised. Very simple to use and effective. Our grandkids love it.Due to an accident several weeks ago, we found we needed a new remote. We contacted customer service via email on January 17th and received a new remote via UPS on the 24th. No hassles, no excuses, no delays, no problems. To say that EPLO customer service is responsive and easy to work with is an understatement. In summary: EPLO makes a great product and goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're in the market for a Smart Toilet, do your due diligence before ordering. A true comparison of what's available today (all brands) will probably lead you right back to EPLO. You can enjoy a feature-rich product, spend less money, and still have peace of mind knowing the company has your back should you ever have a problem.
